The Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Scholarship Program at Northeastern State University is funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) to increase the number of graduates in these disciplines.
The most time critical part of the application is filing a Federal Application for Financial Aid (FASFA), having the FAFSA results sent to NSU, and promptly responding when the NSU Office of Student Financial Services sends a request for follow-up information. This process should be completed as soon as possible, since scholarships cannot be determined or awarded until it is complete.
