The 2014 Oklahoma Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Summit is the fifth annual statewide summit sponsored by the Unmanned Systems Alliance of Oklahoma (USA-OK). The purpose of the Summit is to support and energize the emerging unmanned systems industry in Oklahoma with a primary focus on unmanned aerial systems and the emerging commercial applications and capabilities. The yearly summit brings together academia, industry and other stakeholders to share industry insight and opportunities for collaboration. The summit is hosted in a new region of the state each year in order to highlight the true statewide nature of the UAS industry in Oklahoma and to promote the diversity of industry growth potential within the state.
The 2014 Oklahoma UAS Summit will focus on the important emerging areas of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) applications including severe weather research, precision agriculture, oil and gas, and emergency response for wildfires and other disasters. The Summit will also include presentations about commercialization and investment that will be useful for entrepreneurs and businesses interested in the UAS industry. Speakers will include several industry and government leaders active in the growing field of UAS
USA-OK is a state chapter of the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International (AUVSI).

*There is a limited number of exhibitor booth spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibitors receive an 8'x8' booth space, one 6 foot long table and two chairs. Exhibitors will need to supply their own extension cords, skirting, and table cloths if desired.

This policy was instituted to maintain the professional environment of the USA-OK event, while protecting the interests of our attendees and exhibitors.
Loud, abusive, or defamatory language, harassment or other unprofessional or inappropriate behavior is not permitted at any time at the event. If such conduct is engaged in by a registrant, please be advised that USA-OK may cancel any previously accepted reservations, at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability to the registrant or any other party, and the registrant agrees to exit the premises immediately.
USA-OK event badges may not be reproduced, transferred or resold. The USA-OK event badge constitutes a limited revocable license to attend the current USA-OK event. USA-OK event badges are the property of USA-OK and may be revoked at any time for any reason. USA-OK Badges must be worn at all times during the event. USA-OK has sole discretion over admission at all times and shall strictly enforce all event rules. Attendees agree to abide by these attendance rules, which may be updated at any time. Violators risk immediate confiscation of their event badge without refund and removal from the premises. Violators will not be allowed re-entry.
Tobacco and firearms are not permitted on Northeastern State University property.
Photo and Video Policy
Please note that this event may be recorded on video. By registering, you acknowledge this fact, consent and agree that Northeastern State University has the right to utilize photographs or video or audio of you (and/or your property) and to use these for educational and/or promotional materials. You further consent that your name and identity may be revealed therein or by descriptive text or commentary. You waive any rights, claims or interests you may have to control the use of your identity or likeness in the photographs, video or audio, and agree that any uses herein may be made without compensation or additional consideration of you.
Attendees are permitted to use hand-held cameras to take photographs, capture digital images, and videotape within public areas of USA-OK’s event for personal, non-commercial use. Public areas include the exhibit hall; general session, technical, panel and workshop rooms; USA-OK press rooms; lobby areas; and hallways.
Large cameras, photo or video equipment, or ancillary equipment such as lighting, tripods, cables, etc. are prohibited (except in instances where approval from USA-OK event management is obtained).
All photographers and videographers are prohibited from entering, photographing, or videotaping non-public areas of USA-OK’s event. Non-public areas include storage areas; speaker ready rooms; staff offices; and dedicated meeting rooms.
All photographers and videographers are prohibited from impeding attendee traffic flow, blocking doors, stairs, elevators and escalators, and affecting the safety of attendees. All photographers and videographers must fully and immediately comply with any requests, directions, or instructions of USA-OK event management related to safety concerns. All photographers and videographers must obtain exhibitor approval before capturing images within the exhibitor’s booth space.
While attending USA-OK’s events, all photographers and videographers must comply with all applicable rules, including but not limited to, this policy, all applicable laws, ordinances, municipal regulations, standard operating procedures and administrative procedures. USA-OK event management may evaluate the actions of a photographer or a videographer, and if a determination is made that the actions of a photographer or videographer are not in compliance with any applicable rule, USA-OK event management may terminate the permission granted by this policy.
