This workshop is designed to help parents, caregivers, preschool directors, home-school parents and preschool workers evaluate and improve their literacy environment as well as classroom practices across the content areas. Get creative! Learn basic iPad functions while building a library of apps that will make your life more fun and better organized. Learn how to use the iPad settings for accessibility and control. This class will explore creative photo effects, photo transfer apps, productivity apps, book/story creators, and more than 50 free and/or low cost apps for daily life. This fun, hands-on class is appropriate for life-long learners, parents, teachers, caregivers, home school parents, teachers, consultants, grandparents, writers or others interested in learning more about incorporating an iPad into their daily life. The Lost Leader- Finding Your Way Back from Bullying

This CE course is designed to reexamine bullies from a perspective emphasizing empathy and its development. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in role playing activities to help them understand the origins of empathy and how it can play a part in bullying prevention.
