BELLY DANCE FOR FITNESS!! (Age 14 and up)
Let’s dance! Do you want your body to “remember” the grace and agility it is capable of achieving? Execute the movements at your own comfort level. “The Dance” doesn’t discriminate against age or size, we’re all beautiful and believe it or not, you already know much of this art form; you just need to be reminded. Reawaken yourself to the exotic beauty within you through belly dancing. Wear comfortable clothing, we dance barefoot, bring a scarf, belt, or sarong to tie at hips, and prepare to amaze yourself!
