This test must be taken before the close of the first semester of graduate studies. Failure to take the test timely can result in enrollment being blocked. Review of your major requirements in the Graduate Catalog will determine if you are required to take this test.
Applicants must pre-register.
For testing at the Tahlequah campus:
To register by mail, you should complete the application form and send it along with your $75 check made payable to NSU Business Office. Be sure to put the last four digits of your Social Security number on the check. Mail these items to, Attn: Testing, NSU-First Year Experience, 701 N Grand, Tahlequah OK 74464.
For testing at the Broken Arrow campus:
To register by mail, you should complete the application form and send it along with your $75 check made payable to NSU Business Office. Be sure to put your last four digits of your social security number on the check. Mail these items to Attn: Donna Trout, NSU-Graduate College, 3100 East New Orleans, Broken Arrow, OK 74014.
Once your application and fee has arrived at NSU, you will be notified by email of the reserved testing date.
