The Institutional Review Board (IRB) is responsible for conducting initial and continuing reviews and providing oversight for all research activities involving the use of human subjects performed on any NSU campus.
One signed original and two copies of the IRB application should be delivered to the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs, Administration Bldg, Room B-19, Tahlequah Campus.
