Humanities Minor

Minor in Humanities (18 hours)
Core: (6 hours)

  • Hum 2113, General Humanities 1
  • Hum 2223, General Humanities 2

Electives: (12 hours chosen from the following courses)

  1. Any course that counts as Humanities credit in the General Education requirements
  2. Any course with a HUM prefix
  3. Any non-performance course in the Music, Art, or Theatre departments. 
  4. Any course in Literature, Philosophy, Religious Studies, History (except for US. History Survey), or Native American Studies
  5. Foreign Language (up to 3 hours)

Asian Studies Minor

Minor in Asian Studies (18 hours)

  • 6 units of one Asian Language (Japanese, Chinese, etc.)
