The mass communication program in the College of Liberal Arts offers courses of study including communication theory, research for communication, writing for the media, newspaper production, digital photography, video production, mass communication law, advertising, public relations, and other areas of media studies. Students in the mass communication program have the opportunity to work on The Northeastern student newspaper and participate in the NSUOK TV workshop in coordination with OETA.
