The BS in Organizational Leadership is part of the new statewide initiative, ReachHigher-Oklahoma’s Degree Completion Program. NSU will serve as the lead institution for this program designed specifically for working adults. Core courses will be taught in eight-week blocks or online. Students must have a minimum of 72 credit hours and be 21 years of age. They must also have a minimum of 2.0 graduation/retention GPA in past college course work and have completed all general education requirements.
