Political Science

The Political Science program at Northeastern State University offers a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science as well as a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Public Administration. These programs are offered on both the Tahlequah and Broken Arrow campuses. In addition to offering core courses and electives in Political Science and Public Administration, the program coordinates an interdisciplinary semester-long internship in Washington, D.C., which allows students to supplement their classroom education with practical experience.  Students have the opportunity to participate in two outstanding co-curricular organizations:  Model United Nations (MUN) and Oklahoma Intercollegiate Legislature (OIL).
