CBT: Graduate

Graduate Programs

The College of Business & Technology offers high quality graduate programs designed to meet the needs of practicing professionals seeking to advance their career. Because not all professionals have the same needs, the CBT offers a choice of programs, including two different MBA programs and two specialized degree programs.

Master of Accounting and Financial Analysis (MAFA) - The MAFA program, which is offered in Broken Arrow, provides accounting and financial education only for students interested in entering or advancing in these two fields. Students preparing for the Certified Public Accounting (CPA), Certified Management Accounting (CMA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification examination will find the education they need in this program.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) - The MBA is offered on NSU's Broken Arrow and Tahlequah campuses and is designed with the working professional in mind. Courses are all offered in a one evening a week format. Students without a business background may take online modules to complete prerequisites.

Master of Environmental, Health, and Safety Management (MEHS) - The MEHS program is offered in both Broken Arrow and Tahlequah with several of the courses offered online for busy professionals. Students can focus on the industry sector (manufacturing and logistics) or environmental management.

Professional Master of Business Administration (PMBA) - The PMBA program is offered only on NSU's Broken Arrow campus and is designed for the professional who has worked in the industry for at least three years beyond their undergraduate program. The program is a lockstep/blended co-hort program, which starts in the fall semester, with two courses on Monday evening for 22 months. Students without a business background may take online modules to complete prerequisites.
