College of Liberal Arts

The College of Liberal Arts is the cultural center of Northeastern State University. We are home to the social sciences, performing arts, fine arts, humanities and military science. Graduates of our programs hold responsible positions throughout the world.

Our College is based in Seminary Hall, the original campus building. We are home to Cherokee Language Program, one of three tribal-specific language programs in the United States. In fact, many of our programs seek to maintain close ties to the Cherokee Nation and other tribal governments.

The College of Liberal Arts offers undergraduate and graduate programs at the Tahlequah, Muskogee, and Broken Arrow campuses. Explore our site to see which is right for you.
