Breaking Free: An OER Primer On Creating A Cost-Free Course

Cris Guenter - Professor Emerita, California State University - Chico

Cris has spent 43 years in art education and the intersection of arts education and technology. Cris has been a MERLOT reviewer for 20 years and a member of the teacher education board since the inception of MERLOT.

Elaine Lawrence - Associate Professor State University of New York-Oneonta

For 28 years, Elaine has taught social studies education and technology integration. Elaine has been a teacher education board member for 8 years and was a reviewer prior to that time.

Jane Moore - Emerita Professor at National-Louis University

Jane taught elementary education for 27 years; she taught in the teacher education program for 16 years and served as a visiting professor at the University of Western Ontario for 10 years. She is the editor of the teacher education board and has been with MERLOT since 2002.

Esperanza Zenon - Associate Professor, River Parishes Community College (Gonzales, Louisiana)

Esperanza has taught physics and physical science since 2004. She has worked with MERLOT since 2007. She is involved with several organizations that emphasize diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as increasing female participation in STEM.
