Certificate Options

The 12-hour Presentation Design and Delivery certificate offers strategies to improve general public speaking and persuasion skills as well as innovative techniques exploring presentations in the 21st century. The certification will improve speaking confidence, establish presentation design fundamentals, and implement delivery strategies focused on effective messages to specific audiences.

The 12-hour Collaborative Communication in the Workplace certificate explores working together with individuals and groups to achieve a common goal. Efficient 21st century collaborative communication is examined through achievement of outcomes, 

problem-solving, active listening, fulfilling group roles, and consideration of diverse perspectives.
