Political Science Student Organizations
Co-curricular activities are an important part of the college experience, and political science majors at Northeastern have the opportunity to participate in a variety of student organizations, including, but not limited to:
Phi Sigma Alpha - The National Political Science Honor Society designed "to stimulate productive scholarship and intelligent interest in the study of government."
Model United Nations (MUN) - Provides an opportunity to participate in simulations of the actual workings of the United Nations with students from other universities.
Oklahoma Intercollegiate Legislature (OIL) - Provides students with an opportunity to participate in a mock legislature with students from other Oklahoma colleges and universities.
College Republicans - Organizes those interested in the Republican Party.
Young Democrats - Organizes those interested in the Democratic Party.
