Storytelling Seminar

A summer Storytelling Workshop is scheduled to take place Thursday, July 10, 2014 at the Northeastern State University Webb Auditorium in Tahlequah from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with Gayle Ross - Cherokee Nation storyteller and descendant of chief John Ross, the principal chief of the Cherokee Nation during the infamous Trail of Tears, and special guest Gene Tagaban - an internationally renowned Tlingit Native American performance artist, musician and global educator. Gene Tagaban will share his wisdom and talent via dance, native flute and storytelling. You won't want to miss this amazing opportunity to experience the magic of Gayle Ross and Gene Tagaban.
