Technology Needs for Online Learning
To make sure you can complete your NSU assignments online, a newer model PC is best. In most cases, a Mac can work. Chromebooks are not compatible with many course requirements.
Blackboard constantly modifies its software to meet browser updates. Bb works best
with Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. If you run into a problem, try another browser.
This generally resolves the issue. Check your browser’s compatibility.
A mobile phone or tablet can be used to check your email and announcements, but these devices alone usually are not the best for completing most coursework.
