Additional Graduation Requirements at NSU

  • Students must complete 40 hours of 3000/4000 level course work
  • At least one-half (50%) of the hours required in the major must be from NSU
  • Students must earn 60 hours from a 4-year institution; 30 hours required from NSU
  • Students must have an overall grade point average of 2.0. Minimum GPA for teacher education programs is 2.75 for Elementary, Early Childhood and Special Education and 2.5 for all other teacher education programs.
