Joint Institute Dual Admissions Program

Northeastern State University (NSU) and Carl Albert State College (CASC) have established a new Joint Institute Dual Admission Program designed to expand educational opportunities and create a more seamless pathway from two-year to four-year degrees for students in northeastern Oklahoma. This program will provide students with a streamlined pathway to a four-year degree at NSU, including enhanced academic advising and communication, access to NSU courses and support services, and scholarship assistance.
Students accepted into the CASC & NSU Joint Institute Dual Admissions Program will receive $1,000 in scholarship support for their junior year and an additional $1,000 for their senior year at NSU, for a total of $2,000 in scholarship support.
JUST FOLLOW THE SIMPLE STEPS BELOW FOR A SEAMLESS TRANSITION:
» Step 1: Meet with your advisor at Carl Albert State College to discuss your options.
» Step 2: Sign a waiver allowing CASC to share your transcripts and personal information with
NSU.
» Step 3: Once you receive an email from NSU, create and log in to your NSU application portal.
» Step 4: When you are ready to enroll in classes at NSU, please contact our Transfer Student
Services to schedule
an appointment.
