Eun-Jun Bang, Ph. D., is a professor of social work at Northeastern State University.  Dr. Bang has a strong interest in multicultural social work practice.  He has conducted many research studies on diversity issues and stress among ethnic minority groups. 

Dr. Bang's research interests include stress and how individuals respond differently to stress based on their cultural backgrounds and gender role expectations; individual methods to cope with adjustment to a new environment; and development of intervention plans to facilitate this process of adjustment.  The main focus of his work is to help bridge the gap between research and practice in relation to work with ethnic minority groups.
