Mrs. Deborah Nomura is an LCSW and has worked in the field of adoption, foster care
and residential care for over 40 years. She is currently the Executive Director of
Nightlight Christian Adoptions (OK office). She works in domestic infant and older
child adoptions as well as international adoptions.
