Job Description
About the Position: Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health, a 56 bed inpatient psychiatric hospital, is currently recruiting for a behavioral health clinician. Come join a dynamic team in the mental health field! This position carries a caseload of adults coping with severe mental illness and/or substance abuse and works as an active member of a treatment team. Duties include completing biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing brief therapeutic interventions such as crisis stabilization and developing safety/wellness plans. In addition, the clinician will run psychotherapy groups as part of our structured group therapy model.
Job Type/Salary:

- Annual Salary: $56,000 - $65,000 + (Salary range based on experience, tenure and certification)
- Licensed Behavioral Health Professional (LBHP) $61,000 +
- Licensure Candidate -Under Supervision (LCBHP) $56,000 +
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
- FLSA Status: Exempt

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- LBHP - Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field; and must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH)
- LCBHP - Completion of curriculum requirements for a master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and Must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board’s supervision requirement is met but the individual is not yet licensed, to become licensed by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
Special Requirements:
Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result. Willing to fulfill any job related travel normally associated with position, e.g., attend training and etc. Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

program. The Site Coordinator coordinates supports for students and families, as well as implements programs
and activities based upon the specific needs of an assigned school. The Site Coordinator works with school
administration, community partners and volunteers to bring needed supports into the school to help students
succeed. Growing Together has many target schools with a large percentage of spanish-speaking families and
students.
•Coordinate Site Programs and Activities /Conduct school and student needs assessments
annually
• Responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of the School Support Plan
• Facilitate, coordinate and evaluate identified Tier I (whole-school) programs and
activities at the school
• Facilitate, coordinate and collaborate with outside agency programs offered at the
school
• Communicate with GT and Director of Education Partnerships regarding School Support
