Introduces participants to front-end, or client-side, web development technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery in addition to building dynamic web applications with MongoDB, Express, AngularJS, and Node.js. Students learn about essential JavaScript-based technologies, async programming, and MVC design techniques. Once complete, students will have the basic skills they need to create full-fledged front to back end JavaScript-based web solutions from server to browser, and integrate all MEAN stack technologies into full working systems. Program also includes an optional externship at a local employer!
