Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required at contract signing for non-sponsored external organizations. Balance due 14 days post-event
- Non-sponsored university and external organizations must provide certificate of liability insurance naming Northeastern State University as additional insured.
- All services subject to facility availability and university approval
- Billing may include multiple NSU departments pending customer requests.
