BASIC PISTOL (OKLAHOMA HANDGUN LICENSE COURSE)
Basic Pistol (fulfills Oklahoma handgun license)
A two-day fundamentals course required for an Oklahoma handgun license and recommended
for anyone who owns or is interested in owning a handgun. Includes classroom and range
exercises emphasizing safety, correct shooting
technique and the Oklahoma law. No experience necessary; free loaner pistols available.
Maximum 4 students per class. Must be 18 and can legally possess a firearm. For more

About the Instructor
Retired NSU professor, Dr. Salmon, is an NRA- and CLEET-certified firearms instructor. He provides high quality creative instruction in a professional and friendly manner that optimizes each student’s learning experience.

• Day 1: Saturday, 8:30-5:30 classroom instruction, Hillside Church in Tahlequah
• Day 2: Sunday, 2:30-5:30PM outdoor range exercises, private outdoor range in
Tahlequah
