Academics/Continuing education/Refund Policy

Continuing Education Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is based on the dates of withdrawal from a course1:

  • 100% Refund: Before the first day of class
  • 50% Refund: First day of class
  • 0% Refund: No refunds for no-shows or after the first day of class

1This excludes Summer Youth Camps and some professional development and certificate courses. Some exceptions may apply.

​​Regular Course Refund Policy: 100% refund will be given if the request is made before the first scheduled class meeting (NOT APPLICABLE FOR APSI). APSI has a non-refundable $50.00 deposit.​​ 50% refund will be given to requests made the first day of class if the class meets more than once. No refunds will be given after the first day of class and cannot be issued for non-attendance. All fees will be refunded if the class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. Refunds will be issued within 5 to 10 business days.

100%: Notice must be given by the Thursday prior to the class start date 
50%: First day of class 
0%: No refunds for no-shows or after the first day of class
