Homecoming

In 1924, NSU hosted its first-ever homecoming. One hundred years later, NSU and the Alumni Association invite you to return to NSU for the centennial celebration - Forever Green.

Camp Biomed

What happens when you cross a jellyfish with bacteria? Find out at Camp Biomed, a STEM Summer Academy! Participants will learn about Microbiology and Molecular Biology and how these seemingly different sciences can overlap. We will also tour a molecular research lab to learn about the latest science investigations.

Welcome to the Chess Knights' Summer Camp, where young minds become strategic champions! Our camp is designed for 3rd to 5th grade students who are passionate about the game of chess or eager to learn.

Drone Xperience Summer Day Academy

Northeastern State University is providing a Summer 2024 Drone Academy called Drone Xperience Summer Academy in response to the growing and expanding drone industry. This hands-on program offers 8th to 12th-grade students the chance to construct and pilot their own drones while exploring exciting STEM career possibilities. This is a day camp no overnight accomodations are being made.

Robotics for Young Scientists and Engineers

Come to Northeastern State University (NSU) in Tahlequah to act as scientists and engineers to build and test robots! This is a FREE Summer Academy for students who will be entering 9th , 10th or 11th grades in the Fall 2024 semester. Participants will learn about the exciting field of robotics as they engage in team activities that incorporate mechanical, electronics, computing, and mechatronics, all in alignment with curriculum in mechanical engineering and physics programs in college.

NSU’s Kinesiology summer camp is designed to introduce high school students to the science of the human body and how it performs. Participants will attend interactive workshops on topics related to kinesiology, such as nutrition, biomechanics, strength and conditioning, sports injury care and prevention, and rehabilitation sciences, in a way that makes campers as excited about science as they are about sport and movement.
