Biology graduates have a similarly broad set of careers open to them, many of which are predicted to show strong growth in demand for graduates. The Biology - Organismic Emphasis degree program provides you with the broad integrative training that you need to pursue careers in such diverse areas as the health care professions, conservation, remediation, resource management, and sustainability. The program includes options and electives that allow it to be optimized for a variety of career paths including medicine, dentistry, optometry, veterinary medicine, or allied health fields, agriculture, horticulture, environmental management, environmental education, or habitat protection, or laboratory- or field-oriented research.
