Kinesiology Summer Camp
Camp Description
NSU’s Kinesiology summer camp is designed to introduce high school students to the science of the human body and how it performs. Participants will attend interactive workshops on topics related to kinesiology, such as nutrition, biomechanics, strength and conditioning, sports injury care and prevention, and rehabilitation sciences, in a way that makes campers as excited about science as they are about sport and movement.
These workshops are designed and taught by qualified NSU professors who are experts in their respective fields. Participants will also learn more about career opportunities in health and fitness, strength and conditioning, athletic training, physical therapy, occupational therapy, chiropractic medicine, recreational therapy, business health, physician assistant and more.
Overall, Kinesiology summer camp is a great way for students to learn about the science of movement and physical activity while having fun and making new friends.
