Tutoring Opportunities
Would you like to become a tutor?
If you are a skilled writer (English major preferred), have at least five free hours
a week and additional time for training, and love working with people, you could be
a tutor.
Tutoring has great benefits. As a tutor, you can improve your r sum or CV and gain skills helping others.
There are also many different options for how you can become a tutor! Tutoring can serve as your Capstone experience if you are an English major, volunteer work, a paid student worker position, or your graduate assistantship (if you are enrolled in the MA in English program).
You could use your talents to create something lasting and to benefit another student's education!

2) Fill out a Tutor Training application and include a writing sample (such as a paper for a class) Tutor Training Application
