Professional Development Resources
We welcome you on your journey of becoming a physician assistant. There are four organizations
that are critical to our profession: the American Academy of Physician Assistants,
the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants, the Accreditation
Review Commission on Physician Assistant Education, and the Physician Assistant Education
Association. While each of these organizations has different missions, each provides
